Whenever a creature with 3 or more Power
or Toughness deals combat damage, or a
creature's power is increased to 3 or more,
put a bounty counter on that creature.
Spells and abilities that deal damage or say
"destroy" or "exile target creature" must
target a creature with bounty if possible.
If Paul has Pure, this ability becomes optional.
