Give as many creatures/plainswalker with the word dragon somewhere on them +5/+5 for the rest of the game. If you are playing in a tournament or multiple games in a row, this +5 /+5 carries over. You may give -5/-5 to as many non-dragon creatures/plainswalker as you wish. -5/-5 does not carry over.
