When Save All The Cute Animals enters the battlefield, for each creature on the battlefield, players votes cute or not. If a creature gets more cute votes than not votes, that creature gains protection from non-cute.
Whenever a spell is cast, players vote cute or not. If it gets fewer cute votes than not, it is not-cute.
