At the beginning of your upkeep, put a depression
counter on Sayori. For each depression counter
on Sayori, tap up to that many other target
creatures. Those creatures lose activated abilities
and do not untap during their controllers next
untap step. At the beginning of your end step,
if Sayori has three depression counters, it
deals 10 damage to itself.
