When Scarecrow Mutants enters the battlefield,
search your library for a scarecrow card and put
that card onto the battlefield, it gains haste until
end of turn.
When Scarecrow Mutants deal combat damage
to a player, defending player mills card equal to
the damage dealt.

until end of turn.
