{1}{u} Suspend target instant or sorcery card in a player's Graveyard put X suspended counters on it where X is the cards CMC after the card is cast exile it instead of putting it in the graveyard, (The owner of the card is the cards controller and decided what the spell targets if any.)
{1}{r} Each player puts the top 2 cards of their library into their graveyard players may cast these cards until end of turn, if cast exile them instead of putting them to the graveyard.
