Sceptic Scholar

Discard a card,{t} counter target spell,
when a spell is countered this way, you
may search that spells controllers library
for any card and exile it.
When Sceptic Scholar leaves the
battlefield, search your library for a
Scholar Creature card and put it into your
hand, then shuffle.
