Scholastic Retreat

Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell,
you may put an experience counter on Scholastic
Retreat or discard a card and draw a card.
When Scholastic Retreat leaves the battlefield,
you may cast a Cleric or Wizard spell with mana
value less than or equal to the number of
experience counters on Scholastic Retreat
without paying its mana cost.
