Whenever a creature with converted mana
cost 2 or less enters the battlefield under your control, you may put a +1/+1 counter on target creature and create a 1/1 bird creature token.
Then choose one.
* Populate (Put a token onto the battlefield that's a
copy of creature token you control.)
* Until end of turn, token creatures you
control get +1/+1.
