Scissors

When Scissors enters the battlefield, choose
as many opponents as you would like.
{t}Get a pair of scissors and cut up a random card in any of the target opponents hands'.
{t}Look at all cards in the hands of opponents, choose one from each, and cut
the rest. You keep the card or cards you selected.
