Scoop

Scoop cost X less to play where X is how much
more permanents/counters an opponent controls
more than you.
If you have no source of Mana on round 5 or you
took more than 30 life this turn you can play scoop without it's paying Mana cost.
Scoop cannot be countered or
redirected to another player.
When you play this card you lose the game.
Sometimes scooping is all you can do.
