{t}: Target creature gains your choice of "When this creature dies it's owner draws a card";
"{t}: Deal 3 damage to target creature";
or "This creature cannot attack or block"
Whenever an opponent casts a spell you may encode it on target creature you control as though you were casting the spell and it had Cipher.
(You are not actually casting the spell)
