Scorpion God, Eternal

Whenever a creature with a -1/-1 counter
on it dies, draw a card.
At the beginning of your upkeep, you may remove a -1/-1 counter from each creature
you control and put a -1/-1 counter on each creature you don't control.
When Scorpion God, Eternal dies, return
it to its owner's hand at the beginning of
the next end step.
