Whenever a noncopy spell or ability you control
has Discover or Cascade, copy that ability, you
may choose new targets for the copy.
Whenever you cast a spell without paying its
mana cost from a Discover or Cascade ability,
instead exile it with X time counters where X is
the number of times you've Discovered or
Cascaded this turn. If it doesn't have suspend, it
gains suspend.
