Scouting Force

At the start of the battle, every friendly
non-HERO INFANTRY and non-HERO CAVALRY unit wholly within friendly territory becomes a scout unit. You cannot complete these battle tactics with scout units
that are in combat. Replacement units that replace scout units are also scout units.
