Every turn SCP-035 is on the battlefield, it gains
1 Ooze counter on it. When SCP-035 has created
4 or more Ooze counters, it becomes an artifact.
{t}: Take control of target tapped creature with less
than 5 power at the end of your turn.
{t}{1}: Remove one Ooze counter and deal 2 damage to target creature or one damage to target player.
{t}{2}: Remove two Ooze counters from SCP-035 and create a 2/2 black Ooze Tendril creature token with Reach and Fading 4.
