At the beginning of each upkeep, untap all anomalies, then if that player controls one or
more creatures, SCP-049 attacks that player.
Whenever SCP-049 destroys a creature, it creates
a token copy of it, except it loses all abilities,
becomes a zombie anomaly and gains "This
creature has no controller" and "This creature
attacks the player SCP-049 attacks".
