Whenever SCP-096 is blocked or blocking,
SCP-096 has power and toughness plus 1 equal
to the creature(s) that are blocking or being
blocked by SCP-096.
"SCP-096 will not stop until it reaches the person's location, after which it will proceed to kill them. Afterwards it will regain its composure and become
docile once again."
