Whenever a Creature is dealt damage by
SCP-106 and doesn't die, exile that creature
with a pocket counter on it

SCP-106 gets +1/+1 for each creature in
exile with a pocket counter on them

Exile a creature you control: put a pocket counter on exiled creature, tap SCP-106, any player may activate this ability
