At the beginning of each upkeep, any opponent
may pay {x}. If they do, SCP 173 stops being a
creature until end of turn. Put a rust counter
on it.
At the end of each upkeep, if there are {x} or more
rust counters on SCP 173, remove them and
create a token copy of SCP 173.
The "Legend Rule" doesn't apply to cards named
SCP 173 The Statue.
