SCP 173, the Statue

Indestructible

When SCP 173 enters the battlefield or you enter
your upkeep, for each creature an opponent controls without any blink counters, put a random amount
of blink counters from 1-6 on them. (at the
beginning of each players upkeep, creatures remove a
blink counter)

When a creature runs out o blink counters, SCP 173 fights them.
