SCP 1762 Here Be Dragons

Sunburst - SCP 1762 enters the battlefield with
an anomaly counter on it. SCP 1762 enters with
an additional counter for each color of mana
spent to cast it.
At the beginning of your upkeep, remove an
anomaly counter from SCP 1762, then create
X 2/2 dragon creature tokens with flying that
are all colors, where X is the number of anomaly
counters on SCP 1762.
When you remove the last anomaly counter from
SCP 1762, transform it.
