SCP-217

When SCP-217 enters the battlefield, destroy all
other enchantments attached to enchanted creature.
Enchanted creature cannot be enchanted with
other enchantments and is an artifact creature in
addition to its other types.
When enchanted creature deals combat damage to another creature, create a token that's a copy of SCP-217 and attach it to that creature.
