SCP-354, The Red Pool

As long as you control SCP-354, SCP spells
you contol and their abilities cost {4} less to
cast. If an SCP spell costs less than {1} to cast,
then you gain 1 life. This ability also pays for
a specific color, but not 2 colors at the same time.
{t}: add one mana of any color to your mana pool
{ut}: exile an SCP spell, you gain 2 life, then cast
that SCP spell from exile without paying its
mana cost
