SCP 457 Burning Man

Whenever SCP 457 deals combat damage to an
opponent, put that many +1/+1 counters on it.
Whenever SCP 457 would be dealt damage,
instead remove that many +1/+1 counters.
At the beginning of each end step, if SCP 457
has 7 or more +1/+1 counters, remove them and
make a token copy of it, except it's not legendary
and it has has base power and toughness 0/0. Put
a +1/+1 counter on it.
