When SCP-689 enters the battlefield, Bind 3 (this
card binds creatures in accordance to its own rules, not traditional creature rules)
When bound creatures tap, those creatures are destroyed during their controllers untap step.
If a bound creature would die for any reason, bind another creature.
Binding to SCP-689 is not affected by hexproof.
