When 963 is attached to a creature, make that creature indestructible, if that creature is destroyed make two 1/1 Dr.Bright copies, if one those copies are destroyed, destroy the other one, than search your deck or graveyard for Dr.Bright. Make him indestructible, Dr.Bright can't die unless he loses all of his loyalty.
