When SCP-963 becomes equipped to a creature, that creature becomes legendary in addition to its other types, and it's name becomes Dr. Jack Bright.
At the beginning of your upkeep, put a time counter on SCP-963. Then, if SCP-963 has 3 or more time counters on it, remove all time counters from SCP-963. if equipped creature was legendary, it is no longer legendary.
