Scrap

As an additional cost to cast Scrap, sacrifice an artifact.
Draw two cards, then if the sacrificed artifact was
a creature, Surveil 1.
Plato 1728 was created with multiple defects, yet
he was expected to operate the same as other models.
He sought friendship in dolls, relics of the human civilization. When he finally struck back at the world
that hated him, he was scrapped along with his dolls,
never to harm anyone ever again.
