damage to a player, look at the top card of their library. If it's an artifact, you may cast it until
end of turn and spend mana as though it was
mana of any color to cast it. Otherwise, you may
pay {1}. If you do, put that card on the bottom of
that player's library.
It sees two things: relics and trash.
