Scribe of Laws

Vigilance
Whenever you officiate a spell, reveal the top two
cards of your library. Put one of them into your
hand and the other on the bottom of your library.
If the chosen card is an enchantment or a noble,
put the other card into your hand instead.
Scribe of Laws gets +1/+1 for each enchantment
you control.
