Scriviner's Quill and Inkpot

The Scriviner's Quill seems to scribe spells into
scrolls and books alike with narry a nudge from the
hand wielding it. Scribing spells takes half as much
time. Also, the magical inkpot has 2,000 gp worth
of high quality ink.
Whenever you finish a long rest, roll a d10, the quill writes a spell of a level you rolled into your primary spellbook or a spellscroll, your choice. You must
still pay the cost of scribing the scroll and roll an Intelligence (Arcana) check with a modifier of +8 to succes
