Scroll

Activating a scroll requires reading the spell from
the scroll. The character must be able to see and
read the writing on the scroll. You must have the
scrolls spell on your class spell list. Otherwise
Use Magic Device (DC 20 + the caster level)
allows you to use the scroll. In addition, casting a
spell from a scroll requires a minimum score
(10 + spell level) in the appropriate ability. The
caster level of the scroll is the minimum caster
level necessary to cast the spell.
