Scroll of Unravelling

As the wizard reads from this scroll, enemy spellcasters find their spells unravelling.
Once per battle, at the start if the enemy
hero phase, the bearer can use this artefact.
If they do so, in that hero phase, enemy
casting rolls that are equal to the spell's
casting value are unsuccessful and the caster
suffers D3 mortal wounds.
