Scrotalius Transferendum

A codpiece with the entire Sylvan alphabet written on it. This was given to the dwarves of Miribar from the Fey rulers of the Murkwood.
Not fully understood by the dwarves it was seen as nothing more than a token of friendship and passed among them as a gag gift. When within 30ft of a Fey creature it will glow with a green light, unless that creature is using magic to hide its presence. It also grants the ability to communicate in sylvan.
