Scryer's Engine

At the beginning of your upkeep you may reveal
a card from your hand, if you do reveal the first
card you draw this turn. If the first card you
draw this turn has the same converted mana cost
as the revealed card you may play that drawn
card without paying it mana costs this turn. If
the card you draw has a lower converted mana
cost then all opponents draw a card. If the card
you draw has a higher converted mana cost then
you must discard your hand.
