Scummer Nest

One free Hive Scum, including equipment. They
are part of the gang, gaining Lasting Injuries &
XP. They advance as if they were a ganger,
however on a 2 or 12 instead of becoming a
Specialist, the player may choose the advance.
Items from stash may be given to the Scummer,
but cannot be removed. If killed all items are lost,
but then the Hive Scum is replaced.
