Sea of Decay

If a player plays an artifact, creature, or land, put a decay counter on Sea of Decay. When Sea of Decay has five or more decay counters on it, each player has to sacrifice X permanents on each player's upkeep phase, where X is equal to the number of decay counters Sea of Decay has above five.
