When Sea Serpent attacks, you may exile target creature an opponent controls and untap it. If
you do, put Sea Serpent into exile attacking.
Return those cards to the battlefield under
their owner's control at the end of combat.
(Creatures attacking from exile still deal damage.)
Sea Serpent can be blocked by creatures exiled
by it. (It just works.)
