Sea Spray

Disease known locally as Sea Spray due to it
leaving many sailors voiding their bowels
while hanging their rear-end off the edge of
a ship. Symptoms include fatigue and cramps.
Suffer one level of exhaustion, and it regains
only half hit points from Hit Dice and none
from a long rest. After each long rest, an make
a DC 11 Con save. On a failed save, the
character gains one level of exhaustion.
On a successful save, 1 level of exhaustion
decreases if it reaches 0 you have recovered.
