where X is the number of creatures you control
with +1/+1 counter on them and do Y:
Y is 0-2: Gain 1 life.
Y is 3-4: Gain 1 life and draw a card
Y is 5 and above: Distribute Z counter up to Z
different cretures where Z is X/2 rounded up.
Gain 1 life and draw a card.
