Search For Home

Landfall- Whenever a land enters the battlefield under your control, you may put a search counter on Search For Home. Then search your library for a basic land card and put it into your hand.
When Search For Home gains its third search counter, sacrifice it, search your library for a card called Grand Rapids and put it in your hand, then return Search For Home to the battlefield transformed under your control.
