Searching the Old Fortresses

Give one copy to the players when they unlock an
Old Dwarven Fortress region. This card can also
be given as reward for completing quests on Old
Dwarven Fortresses.

When doing downtime activities, players can return
this card and acquire a number of treasure items
whose levels are equal to the sum of the settlement
level + number of Fortresses discorvered + number
of companions unlocked.
