Searing Omniscience

When Searing Omniscience enters the battlefield, all opponents reveal their hands, and all players may freely look at any revealed cards. Draw cards equal to the number of cards revealed this way.
You may look at any players' hand at any time, and may play any non-land, non-creature spells from their hand as if their mana cost was {x}, where X is that spell's converted mana cost.
