Seasons Die One After Another

All permanents have Fading 4.
Whenever a permanent is sacrificed, if it had no time counters on it, it's controller puts a card from his or her graveyard on the bottom of his or her library, then discards a card, then draws a card, then may put a permanent that shares a card type with the sacrificed permanent from their hand onto the battlefield.
