Use this ability only once per day.
You cannot use this ability while you are
in combat. You cannot use this ability
more than once per day, even if another
ability says that you can. Choose an ally.
That ally regains one use of any ability
they know which can only be used a certain
number of times per day. That ally may use
that ability immediately, even if it could
normally not be used for a set period of time.
