Secpter of One Will

Requirements: any Evil alignment, follower of a
medium or greater deity.(requires attunement)
This scepter allows you to control any creatures
that share your faith, that you and your object of worship deem lesser than you.
A 2 meter long secpter, made out of green stone, that is
slimy to the touch. On it's tip is a large frog like head,
with an open mouth.
Previously wielded by Gurgenos a prophet of Ramenos.
