You may cast Secrecy as though it has flash. If
you do, sacrifice it at the beginning of the next
end step.
As long as Secrecy is in your graveyard and you control both a swamp and an island, you may cast creatures spells as though they have flash,
and creatures cast this way are sacrificed at the beginning of the next end step.
