Secret Away

If another permanent you control would leave the battlefield and it wasn't sacrificed you may have it
phase out instead. if you do put a hide counter on Secret away.
As long as Secret Away has a hide counter on it, permanents phased out with it can't phase in.
At the beginning of your upkeep remove a hide counter from Secret Away.
