Secret Ritual at the Morgue

At the beginning of each end step, roll a d6 and
do the following:
1-2 | Draw a card
3 | Return target card from your graveyard to
your hand
4 | Put a shield counter on target creature
5 | Look at the top 3 cards of any library and
put them back in any order
6 | Sacrifice this card and deal 5 damage to
each creature and each player
